EBS Petroleum's CPF Tank Farm Project in Iraq

In 2023, EBS Petroleum Company Limited initiated a crucial project in Iraq, focusing on the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of the Tank Farm for their Central Processing Facility (CPF).¹ This development is a key step in strengthening Iraq's capacity for storing and processing vital petroleum products, ensuring a more stable and efficient energy supply chain.

Valen Tech played a significant role in this project by supplying essential flow control solutions. Their contribution included a range of pneumatic ball valves and pneumatic butterfly valves, with sizes spanning from 4 inches to 16 inches and engineered for a pressure rating of 150LB.² The materials used for these valves, A105 (Carbon Steel) and A216 WCB (Weldable Carbon Steel), were selected for their durability and suitability within the operational demands of a petroleum storage facility.
